Our perspective is the interconnectedness between people\, organizations\, countries and our global presence as we innovate\, elevate and celebrate together. \nAbout Benita Stafford-Smith:\nBenita Stafford-Smith is a ICF Master Certified Coach\, an EMCC Senior Coach Practioner\, an EMCC Coach Supervisor\, an AccreditedCoach Supervisor\, a Certified Systemic Team Coach\, and a Certified CultureCoach with a BA in Psychology. She has proudly coached over 6\,000 hours with hundreds of clients spread across three continents. She manages the coaching practice for an HR Consulting\, where leading organizations and their executive teams trust Benita’s expertise to enable them to get clarity on the results they want to achieve and how to accomplish them. Benita and her team of coaches are helping organizations to create coaching cultures and experience the benefits of putting people at the centre of their strategy and performance. 2023 pride – Benita was the nominating coach and lead coach for a leading Energy company in Oman\, OQ\, who received the International Coach Federation Global Impact Award for establishing coaching across the organization realizing sustainable results. \nAbout Ave Peetri:\nAve Peetri has been a corporate executive working for The Coca-Cola Company and other international and local companies across USA and Europe. She has also created 2 of her own\, one a consulting company and the other an e-commerce startup. \nAve has lived and worked in 9 countries. \nIn 2013\, Ave started her own coaching company in Canada\, coaching entrepreneurs on how to grow their business and develop themselves as leaders. Ave is a graduate of CTI Co-Active Coaching and Leadership course. She was credentialed as the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation in 2017. She is also the holder of ICF Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC). Ave is also Maslow Certified Culture Coach\, supporting organisations in transforming their leadership culture. \nShe is the Past President of ICF Oman Chapter and current President of ICF Estonia. The company where she coached senior leaders individually and in teams\, received an Honorary Mention on the 2020 ICF Middle East Prism Award. The first company and coach in Oman to receive this honour. \nAbout Dr. Belinda Hayes:\nDr Belinda Hayes has worked in higher education internationally for over 35 years. She has a PhD Applied Linguistics and has been credentialled as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2020. Belinda coaches senior leaders individually\, in groups\, and in teams. She also works with scholars and academics. Belinda is a graduate of CTI Co-Active Training Institute and Leadership courses. Nature\, wellbeing\, and meaning rest at the core of her work.
