Using tools like nature, creativity, humor, and somatics, she guides seasoned coaches to deepen their client interactions. Her mentoring helps them bring authenticity and presence into their coaching. Melissa’s facilitation style is lively, hands-on, and fun. She serves as Senior Faculty at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Besides her professional life, Melissa is a foodie and gardener. She also enjoys golfing and skiing occasionally, and she loves searching for bears in the woods.

During this time, he has accumulated over 20,000 hours of coaching expertise and has served clients in 140 countries. Additionally, he has authored books in both English and Greek. As the Founder and Director of Education at Positivity Coaching, he actively trains and mentors coaches, shaping the future of the industry.
