Positivity Coaching is a boutique consultancy, specialised in developing Communities of Practice through continuous learning, coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision. We operate through a global network of partners, trainer-consultants, and mentors, all of whom have been trained and accredited to provide a consistent, high quality and reliable service in this specialist area. Heavily supported by both fundamental and best practice research, our products and services are continuously updated, accredited and awarded.

At Positivity Coaching, we are dedicated to support dialogue and innovation to achieve sustainable development.  We strive to make people’s lives better by creating sustainable change through education and coaching, and our strategic vision is to become a world leader in coaching and coaching education.  But our leadership will not be limited to coaching and education – we will also lead in the way we conduct our business with ethics, integrity, and transparency and in full compliance with all applicable laws.  This is one of our core values as a Company and must be reflected in all our actions as we continue to pursue our position as a global reference in the industry.

All Team Members must follow the ICF Code of Ethics – every director, Leader and Team Member working on behalf of Positivity Coaching anywhere in the world.  The ICF Code of Ethics was adopted by Positivity Coaching’s Board of Directors to establish a common set of ethical standards to which we must each adhere in carrying out our professional responsibilities and interacting with Positivity Coaching’s stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and business partners.  This Code provides us with the guidance we need to manage our daily activities on behalf of Positivity Coaching.  All of us have to be familiar with and abide by the standards of this Code.

We each have the responsibility to do the right thing, and to apply our judgment, as well as Positivity Coaching’s values and ethical standards, to the business decisions we make every day.  Thank you for doing your part to uphold our values and to represent the Company by always acting in an ethical, honest, and transparent way.

Positivity Coaching created three important policies.

Positivity Coaching, as an organization, is committed to creating a positive impact on the world around us. To help guide our work and ensure that we are living up to our values, we have created three important policies: Programs policy, Privacy policy, and Diversity & Inclusion policy.

  • Our Programs policy outlines the standards that we uphold in all of our educational programs. We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences that meet the needs of our learners and are in line with the highest standards of coaching education and training. This policy outlines the expectations that we have for our faculty, our learners, and ourselves, and helps ensure that we are providing a consistently excellent experience for everyone involved.
  • Our Privacy policy is designed to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our learners and partners. We understand that privacy is important, and we are committed to safeguarding the personal information of everyone who interacts with us. This policy outlines the measures that we take to protect personal information, as well as the rights of our learners and partners to access, modify, or delete their personal information.
  • Our Coaching Pledge holds that a positive mindset empowers. Our core values – Positivity, Integrity, Excellence, Growth, and Innovation – place us at the crossroads of transformative coaching and deep personal growth. We have a vision that’s both broad and personal: We imagine a world where positivity and transformative coaching reach every person, every team, and every organization.
  • Finally, our Diversity, Inclusion and Equity policy is a reflection of our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for everyone. We believe that diversity is a strength, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and included. This policy outlines our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive learning community, as well as the steps that we take to promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.

By upholding high standards in our programs, protecting privacy and confidentiality, and promoting diversity and inclusion, we are working to create a better world for everyone.
