Dr Alison Hodge is a Professional Doctorate in Coaching Supervision, an EMCC Coach at Master Practitioner level, and an APECS Coaching Supervisor. The work of Dr Alison Hodge with clients in coaching supervision is based on co-creating collaborative learning relationships that support clients’ personal and professional development. What she loves about the practice of supervision is the emergent nature of how they build the relationship, of the co-creative enquiry. She sees this as exploration, she sees it as a place for them to be curious, she sees it as a place to investigate the coach, the client, and the clients’ systems.
For her, exploring coaching practice through dialogue, exchange and curiosity in coaching experience, all parties can have fun at the same time are able to deepen the learning and development that occurs through the relationship, the client issues that are investigated and the subsequent reflections.

About Dorothy Atcheson:
Dorothy Atcheson is an EMCC Coach at Senior Practitioner level and ESIA Accredited Supervisor, holder of a Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) Diploma, Certified in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching, and Senior Faculty for the Coaching Supervision Academy and for CRR Global – who run the ORSC programmes internationally. She is a seasoned systemic practitioner – offering both relationship systems coaching / team coaching and systemic supervision for nearly 13 years – as well as 1-1 leadership coaching. Her coaching clients are primarily senior leaders and driven achievers in the creative industries, while her supervisees tend to be experienced coaches with 5-10+ years of practice.
