My style is influenced by various models and practices, including the Karpman drama triangle, the seven-eyed model of supervision, transpersonal psychology, psychology of relationships, systemic understanding of organizations, working with image and metaphor, time to think the model of supervision, the full spectrum model, leadership embodiment, gestalt techniques, and mindfulness practices. I have a particular affinity for transactional analysis and the use of humor when appropriate and welcomed by the client.

I excel in utilizing relational presence and energy management, fostering the development of the internal supervisor, and accessing intuition. I am passionate about engaging in supervisory conversations and eagerly anticipate working with my clients.

During our sessions, clients are encouraged to bring a wide range of topics for discussion, including client work, contractual conversations, coaching themes, critical incidents in their work, personal reflections, and any other topics they believe will benefit their growth and development.

These supervisory sessions are designed to support various professionals, including professional coaches, senior leaders and managers, CXOs, and VPs.
