Diagnostic assessment (Everything DiSC Management)
Administering the Diagnostic

- Your Management Style: DiSC sheds light on what participants bring to their role—their priorities and preferences, the parts they enjoy, and the moments that stress them out.
- People Reading: Managers practice a simple method to gauge the DiSC styles of their direct reports. They watch video clips and compete to guess the styles of the characters.
- Direct & Delegate: Managers discuss their natural strengths and challenges when delegating and directing, ultimately helping them work with their team more effectively.
- Motivation: Managers explore the type of environment they create for their team and how it might be motivating or demotivating—helping them create a climate that drives engagement.
- Develop Talent: Managers discuss the advantages and disadvantages of their natural style of developing others, receiving style-based insights that will help them support their reports’ long-term professional growth.
- Manage Up: Participants explore how their own manager tends to see them. They discuss how they can better connect with that manager, get buy-in, and deal with conflict.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions (3 Sessions)
Session 1: Self-Awareness and Goal Setting
- Debriefing the DiSC assessment: Deep dive into the participant’s DiSC profile, exploring strengths, challenges,and implications for leadership style.
- Setting coaching goals: Collaboratively defining coaching goals aligned with the participant’s development areas.
- Action planning: Creating a concrete action plan for applying DiSC insights to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Session 2: Coaching Skills Development
- Reviewing coaching skills: Assessing the participant’s application of coaching skills learned in the bootcamp.
- Addressing coaching challenges: Identifying specific coaching challenges the participant is facing and developing strategies to overcome them.
- Role-playing: Practicing coaching scenarios to enhance skills and build confidence.
Session 3: Leadership Impact and Sustained Behavior Change
- Evaluating leadership impact: Assessing the participant’s progress in achieving coaching goals and the overall impact on their team.
- Building a coaching culture: Discuss strategies for creating a coaching culture within the team and organization.
- Sustained behavior change: Developing strategies to maintain and reinforce new behaviors and overcome potential challenges.
Note: Throughout the coaching sessions, the focus will be on providing personalized support, offering constructive feedback, and empowering the participant to take ownership of their development. Regular check-ins and adjustments to the coaching plan may be necessary to ensure ongoing progress.
