We are implementing an innovative pedagogical approach that reverses the traditional model of education. This new method is called the flipped classroom and represents a contemporary approach to learning. Instead of lectures and direct instruction during class time, students learn new material independently and/or prior to class. This may involve watching videos, reading texts, or completing online courses. Class time is then used for more interactive activities such as discussions, problem-solving, Q&A and group work. This allows educators to focus on guiding and facilitating learning, rather than solely delivering content.

The program is accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Level 2 for 125 hours.
The Level 2 accreditation means that you can receive your PCC credential without having to submit recordings of your coaching sessions to the ICF.

Before getting your PCC, you can also get, if you want to, your ACC.
Once you have obtained one of the above credentials you can, if you wish, obtain the ACTC.
