Our Learning Method

We are implementing an innovative pedagogical approach that reverses the traditional model of education. This new method is called the flipped classroom and represents a contemporary approach to learning. Instead of lectures and direct instruction during class time, students learn new material independently and/or prior to class. This may involve watching videos, reading texts, or completing online courses. Class time is then used for more interactive activities such as discussions, problem-solving, Q&A and group work. This allows educators to focus on guiding and facilitating learning, rather than solely delivering content.

How does it work?

  • Learn at your own pace: Access engaging video lessons, and supplementary materials anytime, anywhere.
  • Reinforce concepts: Practice and apply your knowledge through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate and connect: Join live online discussions with peers and industry experts to deepen your understanding.
  • Get personalized support: Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and tailored guidance to address your specific learning needs.

Why choose our flipped classroom approach?

  • Increased flexibility: Learn on your schedule without sacrificing quality.
  • Enhanced engagement: Actively participate in your learning journey and make connections to real-world applications.
  • Better outcomes: Studies show that flipped classrooms can lead to improved learning outcomes and higher retention rates.
  • Expert guidance: Learn from experienced instructors who are passionate about helping you succeed.

Comparison of the Flipped Classroom to Traditional Methods and Its Advantages

The flipped classroom is a fresh approach to education that differs significantly from traditional methods. Let’s take a comparative look:

Traditional Method

  • In-class teaching: The teacher presents new material in the classroom.
  • Homework: Students complete exercises to practice the material.
  • Active role of the teacher: The teacher has the leading role.
  • Passive role of the student: Students primarily listen and take notes.

Flipped Classroom

  • Preparation at home: Students study new material (videos, texts) outside of class.
  • Application in the classroom: In class, students apply their knowledge with the teacher’s help.
  • Active role of the student: Students are active members of the learning process, solving problems and discussing.
  • Facilitator role of the teacher: The teacher guides and supports students.

Advantages of the Flipped Classroom

  • Personalized learning: Students can review the material as many times as needed and at their own pace.
  • Active participation: Students are actively involved in the learning process, making it more interesting and effective.
  • Improved understanding: The immediate application of knowledge helps students better understand concepts.
  • Increased self-confidence: Students develop greater self-confidence as they work in groups and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with new technologies: Students become familiar with various digital tools and platforms.

Compared to traditional methods, the flipped classroom offers a more flexible, active, and effective learning experience. Students become more independent learners, and teachers are able to provide more personalized support.
