Program Structure

Diagnostic Assessment: Everything DiSC Work of Leaders
- Participants will complete an online assessment to gain insights into their leadership style, strengths, and areas for development.
- A personalized report will be provided to each participant.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions (3 Sessions)
Session 1: Self-Awareness and Goal Setting
- Debriefing the DiSC assessment: Deep dive into the participant’s DiSC profile, exploring strengths, challenges,and implications for leadership style.
- Setting coaching goals: Collaboratively defining coaching goals aligned with the participant’s development areas.
- Action planning: Creating a concrete action plan for applying DiSC insights to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Session 2: Coaching Skills Development
- Reviewing coaching skills: Assessing the participant’s application of coaching skills learned in the bootcamp.
- Addressing coaching challenges: Identifying specific coaching challenges the participant is facing and developing strategies to overcome them.
- Role-playing: Practicing coaching scenarios to enhance skills and build confidence.
Session 3: Leadership Impact and Sustained Behavior Change
- Participants will engage in three one-on-one coaching sessions to apply the training to specific leadership challenges and develop personalized action plans.
- Coaching sessions will focus on:
- Deepening self-awareness
- Developing leadership presence
- Enhancing communication and interpersonal skills
- Building trust and psychological safety
- Creating a positive and inclusive work environment
- Developing strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Implementing change management strategies
Note: Throughout the coaching sessions, the focus will be on providing personalized support, offering constructive feedback, and empowering the participant to take ownership of their development. Regular check-ins and adjustments to the coaching plan may be necessary to ensure ongoing progress.
